Role: SAS Analyst
Skills: SAS Analyst - Retail Banking - Risk
Overview:
Our client, a major UK retail bank require the services of a SAS analyst to help on a risk based project.
Core duties of the role:
- Successful applicants could be expected to help support with some or all of the following:
- Support CA&D in the writing, execution and administration of test scripts and defects on QC
- Support CA&D in arranging for access to relevant systems for testers
- Support the development and running of impact code in SAS for RWA Assurance purposes
- Liaise with key Release F contacts as to details of when and where data will be available for testing
- Running ad hoc impacts when issues are found with any migrating fields.
Core skills and experience required:
- The applicant must be skilled in SAS
- Have previous strong experience of executing testing using Quality Center.
- Any past experience of Capital and Impairment modelling/running of impacts in SAS would be highly preferable,
- Previous knowledge of the HBOS or LTSB models and systems would be advantageous.
