Description
Sales Director Required for leading financial services client based in Uxbridge on an initial 3 month contract paying £800 per day - £1000 per day.
The Sales director will be required to lead the development and delivery of sales activities and to build a high performing and highly motivated sales team.
The Sales Director must have the following:
- Excellent leadership capabilities supported by knowledge of relevant sales techniques and a driving passion for sales
- Experience managing a national sales team of over 30 people
- Experience setting targets and managing performance
- Highly skilled in both direct and corporate sales, including relationship management and market influencing
- Experience in a commercial sales environment with accompanying knowledge of managing 3rd part channels
- Proven relationship management and negotiation experience and senior management levels
