They require Software architects with a rich experience in Telecoms based development to come and join their fast growing organisation.
Daily duties:
*Responsible for designing the Embedded software architecture, based on published standards and internal requirements, including driver architecture, IPC, HA, Device Modeling.
*Responsible for technical planning, analysis the industry trend and find the gap, work as an expert to lead the other members run on the right wary.
*Responsible for performance optimization of Application over Linux Application or Embedded virtualization, such as KVM, especially in the user plane.
Desired skills/Experience:
*10+ years of experience in Embedded firmware/driver/Middleware software development or design on Wireless/Datacom/Telecom equipments.
*Have some technical planning experience.
*Be familiar with micro/network processors architecture (eg ARM, PowerPC, MIPS, X86).
*Be familiar with multi-task RTOS (eg vxWorks, Linux, OSE), process schedule, memory management, inter-application communications, etc.
*Be good at modelling and abstraction skills.
*Be familiar with the stability, maintainability and measurability knowledge for telecom provision.
*Fluent English in both speaking and writing.
