Senior SAP HR Consultant - Business Support
Language skills: preferably bilingual (Dutch/French)
Contract duration: 12 months
Starting date: immediately
Working location: Brussels, Belgium
Area of work: SAP HR Project
Responsibilities:
- Execute data migration from Legacy applications
- Provide end-user support
- Incident and problem management
- Incident and problem analysing and resolving
- Perform integration and acceptation testing
- Prepare training material
- Prepare and/or conduct training for end-users
- Write operational procedures
Required experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP HR
- Extensive functional knowledge in the following HR modules:
- Personnel Administration
- Organisational Management
- Time Management
- Basics of Belgian Payroll
- Talent Management (Learning Solution, Competence Management, Objective Setting and Appraisal, e-Recruiting)
- ESS/MSS
- Solid technical experience in SAP ERP HCM 6.0
- Interfacing by ALE/Idocs
- Use of Solution Manager
- LSMW Upload/download HR data
- SAPWorkflows
- Portal technologies: BSP/Webdynpro for ABAP/Webdynpro for Java
- Forms: Smartforms/Adobe interactive/request based forms
