Description
An excellent opportunity to work as a Senior Change Manager for my Finance client. You will be taking ownership for the change within the IT projects space. The is position with support IT across both Intranet projects and engagements for change.
This role has two main accountabilities Change & Portfolio Analysis. Activities include:
- Set up project governance reporting across the ITS Business Services team
- Reporting, eg impact assessment, change analytics,
- Maintaining the stakeholder register and establish strong working relationships with the key stakeholders of the project and business representatives.
- Develop the change approach/strategy for IT solutions. Lead, develop, and execute the project change strategies through communication; training, stakeholder engagement, change agent networks, in order to ensure a smooth end user transition.
- Assisting the Change Manager to define and deliver the detailed Change Management plan with a strong focus on embedding change to the end user.
