Individual must be willing to travel statewide

to provide computer; printer; Kronos Time Clock; networking equipment; Closed Circuit TV (CCTV) and DVR/DVD; camcorder; digital camera; web cam; phone; computer ID machine, Universal Power Surge (UPS)- surge protector devices and institution 2 way secure radio systems support.

Support includes verifying all required equipment is in working order, on inventory systems in PeopleSoft (where required), in Dell/IBM/GTA inventory (Georgia Enterprise Technology Support(GETS) (where required), develop inventory of UPS/Surge Protection devices, verify with DJJ staff that GETS Help Desk Tickets are getting reported and resolved to their satisfaction on in-scope GETS equipment (computers, Servers, printers and network equipment).

Support: CCTV, DVD/DVR, webcam, camcorder, secure two way radios, digital camera, and ID machines, by insuring they are working properly and if are not working or cannot resolve problem seek technical assistance from qualified technical resource.

Individual will be required to place and manage IMAC (Individual, Move, Add and Change) orders and Request For Solution (RFS) orders into GETS IBM Order Now System.

Individual shall also support technology issues not supported by GETS vendors IBM, Dell and AT&T in 24 DJJ school system located in RYDC's and YDC.

Individual will make sure school software, networking, computers, and printers are working to satisfaction of DJJ school system personnel.

Individual will report to the Information Services Manager of Technology Security/GETS Requirements Administration Manager.

Needs to have a high school education.
