Sales Operation Support - Dutch, English and French
The vacancy is in the service "sales operational support" department; it offers operational services to the various sales channels as well as monitoring projects.
Tasks
You define, describe and improve processes across sales channels, in agreement with all parties concerned.
You document all types of process flows.
You define the methods and procedures for the different sales channels when launching or adapting sales applications.
You define processes for different sales channels in the market launch of new products/services.
You define and describe the business and IT Requirements for different sales applications.
You participate in developments related to these projects, as well as testing business side.
You implement these projects and keep track to make improvements.
You demonstrate clarity in your communications to the ground.

You have a degree or you have equivalent experience (at least 5 years).
You have knowledge of computers: Powerpoint/Word/Excel.
Knowledge of process management is an advantage.
You are fluent in French, Dutch and English.
