One of our public sector clients is looking for a finance services manager in Stirling for a 4 month interim position.
This highly prestigious public sector body is looking for a qualified accountant with public secotr experience to report to their deputy director of finance.
The renumeration is £200- £230 p/d for 4 months.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide day to day management of financial transactions including accounts payable, receivable etc
- Ensure the financial transation services are efficient and customer focused
- Lead the finance services team
- Promote excellent practice within SEPA as a whole
The team is a mixed of qualified, part qualified and clerical staff and is up to around 25 people.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of accounting principles
- Scottish public finance knbowledge and experience
- Qualified accountant or QBE
- Excellent management knowledge and experience
