My client is a large government agency with strong links to the community. Its Information Technology division is the largest in Queensland and supports the delivery of the services provided by the organisation.
They are currently making a significant investment in Information Technology and are implementing a large scale, high risk, high profile project which will significantly improve customer service and the integrity and availability of customer information.
They are looking to employ an experienced SAP ECM Functional Consultant to provide Open Text ECM Content Server design and technical consulting advice based on implementation experience
Scope of the Position:
- Provide specialist Open Text ECM (Content Server, Archive Service and ELS) functional advice to assist in the development of an integrated SAP - ECM design to meet the Clients business requirements.
- Assist and contribute in completing the Blueprint documents in alignment with business requirements.
- Document Unit Test and Integration Test scenarios and test cases as required within HPQuality Centre
- Complete Content Server and Enterprise Library configuration as required
- Ensure that the configured ECM systems are aligned with the documented system Functional Specifications.
- Completely understand the Extended ECM technical solution being implemented for all Releases
- Provide technical support and configuration tasks associated with Enterprise Library, Extended ECM for SAP
- Ensure all technical documentation is in place for solution handover at Go Live
To be further considered, you will need:
- OpenText ECM Suite functional experience and substantial knowledge across the interdependencies between ECM and ERP solutions.
- Expert knowledge and experience in the OpenText Content Server.
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in OpenText ECM (Livelink/Content Server; not Hummingbird)
- Experience in Enterprise Library Services, Archive Server.
- Open Text ECM Certification will be highly regarded
- Open Text Vendor Invoice Management or SAP Invoice Management experience will be highly regarded
- Previous experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP), integrated into eDRMS/ECM will be highly regarded
- Proven experience and success in complex ECM projects/programs
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in change management (ITIL)
The candidate we're looking for will have previous government experience, and will have worked as a SAP ECM Functional Consultant on large scale and complex projects.
