- Provide professional planning assistance to other team members in strategy formulation, strategic process improvements, and communication of strategies to all stakeholders.
- Review and assess the execution of current Strategic and Business plans and recommend new strategies for enhancing short- and long-term business growth and introduce solutions for strategic issues that impact Wholesale BU
- Analyze business performance, existing or new regulatory requirements and their impact on business operations;
- Conducts research and prepares statistical reports on International network optimization
- Analyze and track industry trends that could affect Wholesale BU profitability
- Initiate special studies, market and competitive research pert aining to the future of Wholesale BU
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the strategic partnerships with International Carriers.
- Make recommendations on alternative courses of action, including risk assessment, capital investment, acquisitions, and expansion
- Assess potential impact of new business opportunities and formulate strategic recommendations in response to changes in the global market
