Financial Control Specialist
Telecom Wholesale Business Unit
Job Purpose:
- To lead a team of analysts in measuring KPI's, monitoring performance and producing reports that will be used for financial control and improvement purposes
Responsabilities:
- Allocate work programmes to team to ensure that analyses are available on time for decision making purposes
- Collate and report on analysis results
- Recommend changes to be made in controlling of finances to improve the management of COMPANY funds.
- Work with other Financial Control managers to develop better working methods across the function
- Undertake financial modelling to aid management decision making
- Recruit, motive and retain staff to ensure that the right skills are available in the department
- Interface with IT professional to develop improved methods of working with IT resources
- Manage personal development through attendance of training courses run by internal and external bodies
- Maintain best practice policies to permit the organisation to operate effectively in a commercial environment
- Provide input into corporate and financial planning and budgeting through the submission of data and reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Degree level qualification
- Professional accounting qualification
- Minimum 4-5 years experience working in finance roles with some line management experience
- Fluent and literate in Arabic with a high standard of written and spoken English
Location: Saudi Arabia Telco Operator
Term: 6-12 months with possibility to extend/permanent
Rate: 4-600 USD/day plus all expenses covered negotiable for the right candidate
