A Top 10 Global Law Firm is currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst.
As the Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for logging incidents, resolving where possible or escalating to the relevant technical teams.
Legal experience is not mandatory but would prove highly beneficial.
The ideal Service Desk Analyst will have worked within a similar environment for an international/global organisation within Professional Services.
