Our client who is an undoubted market leader within their industry sector are currently looking for a project manager/business analyst to work on a property consolidation piece of work. The successful candidate will have a background working on a property project/s including writting the business plan for moves into new offices and shutting down old offices. You will also require a high quality of Microsoft office skills primarily within Excel.
Key stakeholder management, organisation and time management skills are a must.
