Description
Currently I am looking for a Change Manager for one of our clients in The Hague, The Netherlands. It is a project for a minimum of 6 months + extension.
Job description/tasks:
- Develop & Maintain change strategy
- Develop & Maintain stakeholder approach
- Advise on communication methods
- Deliver communication deliverables
- Advise on training approach
- Supporting the Programme Manager in Project support (workshops etc)
- Advise support team on requirements in terms of training
Required skills:
- Minimum of 5 years change management experience
- Change and communications management
- Strenght: analytical, communications, good understanding of organisational and political challenges
