ROLE: Senior Business Analyst
SKILLS: Property consolidation/Retail Banking/Bristol/up to £455.00 per day
Our client a leading retail bank requires a strong Business Analyst/Property planner to help them with a number of property consolidation/change initiatives.
Purpose of the role
The objective of the role is to support the Conurbation Planning Manager in delivering the above within Scotland through effective:
- Completion of feasibility studies in line with required timescales developing realistic property solutions
- Interaction with key stakeholders (eg Estates, HR, Construction and IT)
- Understanding of the current/future property footprints and associated plans
- Awareness of space availability/utilisation within key strategic locations and ongoing tracking
- Identification of smart space opportunities - enhanced space utilisation
- Maintenance and update of Property core data
- Deputisation for the Conurbation Planning Manager on occasion
Core Skills
- Strong track record in data analysis/attention to detail
- Stakeholder engagement and project work
- Previous experience of working within Property

- The role will have travel included - Edinburgh
