Description
Salesforce is a CRM product sales automation tool that you can develop within custom tweek it. We need a developer. Must have two full life-cycles of implementation, strong configuration and design, strong programming in APEX, Force.com.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Develops cost-effective information technology solutions by analysing, coding, testing, and implementing new and by modifying existing software applications that are relatively complex with full competency.
Coordinates with users to determine requirements.
Reviews systems under development and related documentation.
Resolves customer complaints and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Participates in the development of software user manuals.
May occasionally acts as team leader on less complex projects.
May assist in training less-experienced software development staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Computer Science, MIS or similar area of study. Five to eight years of previous Information Technology experience required.
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
A proven functional/technical professional with at least 2 full life cycle SalesForce.com implementations and 5+ years of industry or consulting experience.
Extensive experience developing within SalesForce.com.
Strong configuration and design skills are essential to this position.
A proven resource in defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team focused over-delivering customers' needs.
Strong technical foundation including; Advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
