Halian is actively looking for Content Author to work for our partner who is one of the largest IT Company in the region on a huge healthcare programme in Doha, Qatar.
Key responsibilities would include
Liaise between vendors, SME's in determining needs of course, appropriate method of delivery, create the content guideline and assist with the development of content.
Design and develop eLearning content and training support material with guidance from the Instructional Designer.
Review, proof read and ensure consistency, style and quality.
Deliver training to client trainers.
Update training materials after the delivery and review processes.
Skills & Experience required
Training management skills.
Training material development skills.
Excellent English language skills including rules, composition and grammar.
Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills.
Instructional design skills.
Technical writing skills.
Multimedia authoring tools.
Course development and evaluation skills.
Five or more years of instructional design and technical writing experience.
Web-Based course development experience.
