Desired Skills & Experience
The engagement objectives will be focused on providing actionable recommendations on Performance/Profitability improvement and cost auditing through rigorous fact based assessments using DMAIC or comparable methodology. Experience in the end to end process is preferred.
*Experience applying lean six sigma methodology and other continuous improvement
approaches.
*Ability and experience in both coaching senior executives about how to get the best from Lean through using constructive challenge so that leaders and practitioners develop themselves to effectively use these techniques as well as the actual use of the techniques themselves
*Deployments using tools such as Activity Based Costing, Zero Based Budgeting, and other cost modelling tools
*Experience in assisting in implementation including change management processes employed, assistance in the deployment of changes to operational processes
*Experience in post implementation performance management including review processes including scorecard development and implementation
As well as having the core skills detailed above, it is essential that you have change management experience, the ability to effect change and engage with both board level executives and front line operatives.
