Additional job requirements: EA Latex Delivery Position Objectives-Develop detailed plans and schedules to deliver and accelerate latex cost-down projects
-Develop a Business Resumption Plan (BRP) vendor and process for next generation EA latexes
-Accelerate domestications for next generation EA toners
- Interface with EA particle product delivery teams, EA manufacturing plants, and latex outsourcing vendors.
- Use Designed Experiments to design, conduct, and analyze process & material latitude studies in order to develop understanding of material/process interactions
- Manage and analyze lab, pilot plant and manufacturing data for product development.
- Plan & coordinate production trials.
- Lead problem solving activities.
- Travel and manufacturing support is necessary.
Applicant Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of colloidal suspension, emulsions, small particle technology, statistical experimental design, and xerography.
- DfLSS Green Be DfLSS Black Belt will be a plus.
- Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills necessary.
