Description
A Smart phone Platform Power Architect is required for a leading team in mobile platform development in the Nice region of France.
As a Smart phone Platform Power Architect you will be responsible for Power Use case Analysis:
- Requirement specification & Architecture partitioning
- Functional and power use case analysis
- Setup Analysis Lab environment, boards and tools to do use case analysis
Required Experience
- Skills/Experience: 2 to 10 years of experience in platform Power analysis and optimisations, with a prior experience in Embedded or wireless system software development and integration on Real Time and/or HL operating systems
- Good oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required
- Good working knowledge of Embedded Linux and/or Android and analysis mindset
- Hands on, capable of putting in place setup for new use cases in the lab and analyse them
Desired Experience
- Cellular Modem and BT/WIFI/GPS integration with an Apps processor
- Experience in wireless product development including telephony stack software, Video framework and connectivity software [GSM, GPRS, EDGE, WCDMA, LTE] is a plus
