Web content producer
This is an exciting opportunity to join a major organisation in the financial sector based in Canary Wharf. Initially a 6 month role, there is potential for it go permanent for the right person.
This hands-on role will require the post holder to:
Manage content changes across the client's digital channels using their content management systems. This includes editing existing content and creating new pages and content based on wireframes, copy decks and content briefs.
Ensure accuracy of content and high quality execution whilst adhering to brand guidelines
Understand the significance of content personalisation techniques and ensure they inform content decisions.
Manage the sign-off process to ensure every change meets the brief and stakeholders' expectations of accuracy, speed of delivery and user experience
Quality check, User Acceptance Testing and Live Testing of content changes to ensure content change is implemented free of errors
In addition to the above experience candidates need to have:
An understanding of new technology and how it can be used to drive online innovation for customer and commercial benefits.
Basic understanding of HTML and Photoshop
Good relationship management and client facing skills
An understanding of financial services products and their promotion would be an advantage
