Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a Global HR Reporting & Analytics Business Analyst, to be based in The Docklands.

The Global HR Reporting & Analytics Business Analyst will deliver a superior and consistent HR reporting function, drive reporting standardisation across regions and platforms and enable analytical & data driven decision making in a cost effective manner.

The Global HR Reporting & Analytics Business Analyst will be responsible for:

-Effective co-ordination globally of all the projects activities relating to the complete and final development of detailed system requirements
-Control and monitoring of the quality of the projects deliverables through promoting and measuring against best practice standards
-Liaising between the business, technology and selected external party to ensure requirements are understood
-Raising issues, risks to the Programme Manager as required
-Liaising with Programme Manager.
-Liaise with stakeholders, business leads and regional project teams

As such, the successful Global HR Reporting & Analytics Business Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

-Strong teamwork and communications skills to work with senior management
-Excellent Organisation skills
-Excellent Project Management skills
-Strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint
-Ability to work independently, accurately and reliably under pressure
-Ability to pick up and communicate confidently on Finance terminology, programme/project management and business analysis concepts and standards
-Investment banking experience is essential
