One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Czech speaking Siebel Consultant/Developer.

brief project description: The project is to successfully implement CRM Package and to integrate it with other applications to support business needs of the customer.
scope of work: As Siebel consultant and developer, you will participate on CRM project in Czech republic. This includes preparation of feasibility studies, business requirement gathering in Czech language into Business Requirement Document and define Functional solution for these CRM areas:SAM - Sales Management, CPA - Client profile, 3RD party, MAM - Marketing Management, SEM - Service Management, CTI - Telephony integration with Avaya. We do also assume you will have hands on experience with Siebel and you will be able to develop solution by using Siebel tools and provide leadership to team in India.
role of consultant: Siebel Expert
Skills:
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Siebel 8+ (from development to application architecture point of view)
Standard Siebel configuration (BCs, Applets and GUI in general, pick-lists, Scripting, workflows, WF Policies), Siebel online integration (integration objects, EAI data maps, Dispatching rules, experience with MQ Series integration welcomed)
Ability to get overall project overview, ability to analyze impact of changes, ability to manage scope to avoid losses incurred by vague scope definition ability
Experience in banking projects (nice to have)
additional comments:
- Virtual and external BCs, SQL; PL/SQL welcomed
- Unix (basic knowledge)
- Ability to work in multicultural environment and to support (technically) off-shore developers. Previous cooperation with Offshore is a must
- Analytical thinking, ability to work independently and potentially manages smaller team
