Candle is seeking 2X Service Desk Consultant to join one of their prestigious telecommunications clients based in Sydney's CBD. This is an initial 12 month contract which is likely to extend. To be successful in this role, you will meet the following key criteria:- Previous experience in a helpdesk environment
- Previous experience logging customer service requests using SMEC Remedy 7.5
- Knowledge of PABX & IP Tel is desirable
- Previous Telecommunications experience is desirable
- IT certification/qualification is desirable
