My client in Amsterdam, The Netherlands is looking for an SAP CRM Consultant with strong knowledge in the area of SAP CRM Service Management.

Description of activities
You will be responsible for identifying the similarities and differences between the template' rolled out by the client and the functionality required by the client's business unit. This is done in so-called fit/gap sessions'. You detail the differences in the Business Blue Print to be approved by the client's Corporate Functional Owner. The development partner may then get started with the provision of the required functionality. As a Functional Consultant, you will monitor this process. Only after your approval will the Operating Company test and implement the system.
You will have the governance over change requests coming from already live-Operating Companies. Again, the commonality of the solution is the driving guideline on the assessment done by you on the changes. You are responsible for the definition of the design.
You will work on a project basis and as a specialist. You will form part of project groups, cooperating with other disciplines and the business process owners in the various business units Internationally
You will report to the Cluster Lead (Market to Cash) within the Competence Resource Centre of Business Solutions.
Technical and/or functional knowledge
Primary required knowledge: SAP CRM Service Management
Secondary required knowledge: SAP ECC Sales & Distribution
English Speaking Assignment. Start: 1st May 2012 (Earlier is possible if needed). 5 Month + Contract. Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands (with up to 25% International Travel).
