Description
Our client in the Philadlephia area is looking for an experienced UX Specialist to join their team. The UX Specialist works with design team members, product managers and developers, to create and improve the user interfaces of online products. Responsibilities include: carrying out user research, creating personas, usability testing, and working with other designers and developers to get the user interface design recommendations implemented.
Requirement:
- Lead the planning and execution of usability and other evaluative research for web and mobile products
- Perform data collection, analysis, writing reports of research results and the presentation of findings to inform product design decisions
- Develop user interface design recommendations based on research findings
- Gathers information on user needs and goals (from user research or on their own)
- Creating personas
- Creating work streams for applications (web, apps)
- Run testing sessions
