Description
This nationwide industry leader has an immediate 18+ month contract opening for a Senior Project Manager. Will implement solutions using a Systems Development Life Cycle Methodology. Will manage and lead complex IT multiple team project using proven project management capabilities. Will gather and document business requirements in accordance with OOAD guidelines, as well as develop and manage Use Cases. Will conduct and/or lead discussions with business partners and senior leadership, and be able to speak to a wide variety of people (including also developers and users).
Required Qualifications:
Strong Project Management skills and Portfolio planning experience.
Experience working through majority of Systems Development Life Cycle phases.
Experience creating Project Plans and Control.
Proficiency in MS Project and/or EMS; organization tools (JIRA, Rally); and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with requirements gathering, Use Case development and delivery, and data analysis and presentation.
Understanding of OO Analysis and Design.
Prefer technical or development background (non-specific).
