Description
DSR Europe (a specialist SAP recruitment agency) is looking for a SAP BI Developer for their end customer. This position will be based in Barcelona with some European travel.
Required Skills:
- SAP BI 7 modelling and configuration
- Knowledge in ABAP programming
- Experience on BOBJ and SAP BI to BOBJ integration
- Good English communication skills
- Team work attitude
Required Experience:
- At least 6 years SAP BI experience, including 2 full-cycle implementations
- Experience on at least 1 International Program following the Template Definition + local roll-out approach
The role:
- Attend the blueprint workshops, understand the business requirements and be able to translate those into functional specifications
- Analyse the gap between the business requirements and the companies international template. Propose suitable solution for potential GAPs
- Develop the required Datasources, Infocubes, DSOs, Process Chains, Queries and any other SAP BI object. Document the work done (technical specifications, func tional specs,...)
- Develop interfaces with non-SAP Legacy systems
- Prepare the test cases and detailed calendar for SIT and UAT
- Support business during UAT and Hypercare.
- Develop training material and provide training to business and knowledge transfer to Sustain team.
- Plan Technical cutover
- Interact with other teams and be able to provide valuable BI insight (security, portal team, ECC functional teams...)
