GREAT opportunity to work with a global technology company with self-service solutions for ATM machines and software, POS and Retail systems, and airline check-in systems as a Quality Analyst in the Fort Worth area!

The Quality Analyst is responsible for verifying the quality of POS Terminal products to ensure the delivery of high quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. Will be required to participate in cross functional reviews of requirement and design documents, design, develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts, and adhere to defined policies, procedures and processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop test plans and test cases that validate customer requirements are met
Confirm, report and manage defects
Set up and maintain test environments
Create and maintain documentation of testing results and other feature sets
Attention to detail while analysing packets and application software to ensure compliance of network specifications and other financial mandates
Prepare task estimates and provide input into work plans for assigned projects
Ability to work independently as well as with the team
Communicate effectively, working closely with internal and external resources
Responsible for communicating test and general status
Identify testing risks and propose solutions to mitigate
Provide escalations in a timely manner and through the appropriate channels
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with cross functional team members
Provide input into evolving Quality processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent (not essential )
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
Working knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
Working knowledge of network communications
Basic knowledge of database structures and query language
Basic knowledge of Quality Assurance processes, procedures, and standards
