* SAP Master Data Management Consultant/Project Manager - 2 Years project !.*
On behalf of one of our customers, a world leader in their industry sector based in Paris, France, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Management consultant/project Manager.
Our customer is currently rolling out their SAP solution to several new locations worldwide.
In this context, you will be responsible for the following
1) Put in place Data Migration activities within a project
2) Pilot Data Migration process: You are the owner of the Data Migration planning and must ensure migration activities are done in line with this planning
3) Provide support to Project management related to Data Migration
4) Provide support to the local DTLs related to Data Migration Organisation, Methodology, Processes and tools
5) Organise and manage training related to UDS content, Migration requirements and planning
As a member of Project management team, you will
1) Provide necessary information for Gate Review and Project Management meetings
2) Timely logging issues/risks related to Data Migration and regular update of the status/progress of these issues and risks.
3) Regular logging of lessons learned
You will also be the main point of contact of the Data Factory during project life, and will participate to the definition of future local Data Management organisation
For this assignment, you will have to gain a deep understanding of our customer's organisation and processes for data migration tasks. You will need to have a good understanding of SAP Data model (main objects) and database principle, be able to master data migration tools such as LSWM, Query etc.
We are looking for someone with good leadership, autonomy, ability to work in a virtual mode, someone who can drive/motivate delivery from the team. Please note that this is an English speaking project only (knowledge of other languages are always a bonus).
This assignment will be based in Paris for about 50 % of the time, and you will be required to travel quite extensively to other locations such as Brazil, India or Australia.
Telephone interviews can be arranged next week, with a view to start in early April. We can also consider applications from people who could start a new assignment by April 20th.
