Change Management. Tax Free! 6-12 month contract, Saudia Arabia!
My client is a leading Management Consultancy that work across the Middle East and are looking for an individual to work with a major client of theirs in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities for the Change Management Specialist:
*Develop and execute communication plan - Including general communication (board, logo, Intranet page ) and specific communication (project status to executives )
*Develop and ensure implementation of Training Programs.
*Follow up/project manage enabling activities for the policies/Process implementation (implementation of IT system )
Who we're looking for:
*An excellent degree with a leading university.
*Professional experience: at least 10 years + of business experience in Change Management gained within a Consultancy or blue chip organisation.
*Has lead similar type of projects ie change management program in a Business Process Re-engineering/Quality management System implementation.
*Has demonstrated Project management skills and has demonstrated capacity to lead initiates
*Self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team as leader or member,
*Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, able to interact within all levels of the organization,
*Able to be innovative/creative,
*Able to adapt himself to client organization/culture,
*Completely Fluent English (read/spoken and written), Arabic would be ideally required.
This is a 6 to 12 month contract in Riyadh, Saudi. My client will offer you an attractive tax free salary and provide all accommodation and travel allowance.
