Our client requires the services of an IT Process Improvement Analyst, to provide deliverables including, but not limited to, the following:
- Set-up of Application Performance Monitoring Infrastructure
- Delivery of performance monitoring reports for various IT components on regular basis
- Tracking of Key Performance Indicators via automated performance monitoring
- Reengineering and creation of IT processes and procedures
- Scheduling of automated jobs/alerts for trapping system events
- Identification & Resolution of performance degradation causes in selected IT Systems
Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates possessing a combination of the following certifications or equivalent would be preferred:
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): System Center Configuration Manager 2007, Configuration
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): System Center Operations Manager 2007, Configuration
- Microsoft Certfied Technology Specialist (MCTS): Windows Server 2008 Applications Infrastructure, Configuring
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Windows Internals
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance
- Citrix Certified Enterprise Engineer (CCEE) for Virtualization
- 5+ years of work experience in medium to large enterprise setting for performance management & risk management of IT Systems is required.
- Work experience in implementation of IT Risk Management Framework is required.
- Work experience in implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) is an asset.
- Strong experience in mapping IT business processes & creating IT procedures.
- Strong planning, communication and teamwork skills.
