SAP HR Consultant:
Kleinstar Holdings Limited, New Zealand requires a senior SAP HR consultant; the consultant should have cross techno-functional SAP HCM developer/analyst experience who can handle functional configuration, HR and Payroll user support plus some HR programming when required.
1. Mandatory Skills:
Solid functional and configuration skills and process knowledge in:
- Organizational Management
- Personnel Administration
- Time Management
- Payroll
2. Highly Desirable:
Functional, process knowledge and configuration skills in:
- ESS, MSS
- Performance Management
- Personnel Development
- Learning Solution
Technical and ABAP development skills in:
- BDC and LSMW
- Development of ABAP Reports (ALV Reporting, Interactive Reporting and Classical Reporting).
- Experience with HR data structures, logical databases and info type tables in PA, OPM, and Time Management, Payroll, Recruitment, Training etc
- Experience with HR specific programming tools like macros
- Creation of new custom Info type and enhancing standard info type.
- Developing interfaces and Reports in HR using info types and HR Logical databases.
- Portal development: BSP, Web dynpro for ABAP and Webdynpro for Java
- Prior work experience on Web Dynpro for ABAP & BSP
The consultant must be certified in SAP HCM. The duration of this requirement will last approximately 4 to 6 months. The requirement is immediate. This is single status consultancy contract. The rate shall comprise of consultancy rate + per Diem. Primarily, the consultant would live and work in Doha
The contract does not include medical and/or insurance coverage of any sort. The contract includes an economy class, one mobilization/demobilization based on actual airfare. The consultant with Oil and Gas industry and experience in Arabian Gulf SAP R/3 implementation will be preferred.
