SAP CRM Marketing Functional Analyst - Dutch Speaking - Hasselt, Belgium.
My client in Hasselt, Belgium is looking for an SAP CRM Functional Analyst with good knowledge in the area of marketing processes, preferably for Utilities, (Master data, channel management, product management, product proposals, offer management, contract management, handling new connections, installation and device management).
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of SAP CRM Marketing
* Presentation skills (weekly demo for project team and business)
* Gathering and finetuning of requirements in close cooperation with our internal customers
* Workshop facilitator: organize and guide workshops in order to come to a consensus about the best commercial and competitive solution
* Excellent teamplayer: as there's a high interaction with both business and IT colleagues due to the scrum methodology
* Affinity with web- and Front End processes is a nice to have
* Experience with working in a scrum project approach is an added valueDescription:
* The functional SAP CRM analyst will analyze the business needs, formalize them and propose the most appropriate solutions
* They will draw up the functional specifications for a Business change in their content area.
* They are then involved in implementation, specifically supervising configuration and deployment.
* They can be involved in functional testing, writing of test scenarios and end user training
* Conceptualising, synthesizing and structuring skills
Dutch Speaking Assignment.
Start: 1st May 2012 (Can wait for candidates on 1 month notice periods!).
6 Month + Contract. Location: Hasselt, Belgium.
