Qualifications:
- Expert in the instructional design, writing, production, and delivery of complex and highly technical single-source print and online end-user documentation.
- At least eight years of experience design and development of end-user documentation for both technical and non-technical adult audiences within a variety of industries.
- Experience in instructional design.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Demonstrated by the ability to acquire, synthesize, and present highly technical information.
- Experience with a wide range of authoring and development tools.
- Must have outstanding competence in the use of FrameMaker, Help & Manual, and graphics applications (ie Flash, Captivate).
- Experience with structured authoring, such as XML.
