The EBPP Deployment & Stabilization Lead Role will provide leadership support during the development and deployment phases of the EBPP project.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key member of the Deployment Leadership Team, leading the overall EBPP Deployment effort.
  • Manage an integrated Business and IT Deployment Team that will oversee all technical, communications and support activities required to actively support the EBPP go-live.
  • Lead EBPP IT team members and other resources as required in the planning, execution and evaluation of dress rehearsals in preparation for the actual EBPP deployment.
  • Guide and support business and EBPP team members as they design, develop and execute the overall conversion plan, including detailed conversion schedule and resource requirements, related to the actual deployment of the EBPP solution.
  • Guide and support IT EBPP resources in the definition of post-deployment stabilization and support processes.
  • Assist in the definition of resource requirements necessary to successfully perform the post-deployment stabilization and support activities.
Qualifications:
  • Experience required in planning, leading and performing these types of activities as part of a major technology deployment effort.
  • Able to lead and drive project execution and results to a strategic vision.
  • Develops partnerships and navigates across business and technical landscapes.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively articulate issues, challenges, and alternatives with various audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; can quickly identify risks/issues.
  • Able to present and articulate concepts to project team and stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner; can provide alternative solutions, enabling key decision-makers to make an informed decision.
  • Effective people management skills; can oversee project team members as well as facilitate discussions with interested stakeholders/senior leadership.
  • Can lead others through change.
  • Actively empowers team and members in decision-making process and escalates appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, utilizing project management software to develop work plans and define activities at a resource and task level.
  • Fully understands and utilizes various project management methodologies and has experience partnering with a project management office (PMO); can adhere to PMO standards and practices to include status reporting, change requests, project closure, meeting facilitation and meeting minutes and documentation.
  • Willing to be involved and execute on recommendations resulting from Project Management Quality Assessments/Audits.
  • Oversees and drives day-to-day project activities.
  • Anticipates and effectively communicates upcoming activities/work plan tasks.
