Ihre Aufgaben:
- Applies solid instructional design methodology, including adult learning theory, interactive activities, and competency-based evaluations to ensure time spent in training is value added
- Researches, designs, deliver and promote global training solutions in alignment with business objectives and audience requirements
- Collaborates effectively with cross functional training departments, system owners, implementation leaders and supports specialists
- Develops, implements, and maintains evaluation strategies to measure and report on the effectiveness of PDG training solutions (i.e. Kirkpatrick's Levels 1-4, KPI and ROI methodology) and collates system training enhancement requests from end users and manages change control of training material in collaboration with systems training management team
- Oversees vendor identification, assessment and management for appropriate use of resources to design and/or deliver training programs
- Delivers user training or system demonstration in group and individual sessions (including web casts)
- Perform Train the Trainer sessions as needed
Ihre Qualifikation
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Education, Business, or related discipline
- Some experience as an instructional designer or system trainer with specific experience in e-learning course development required or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are required
- Clinical Trials Management process preferred
- Knowledge of ICH/GCP
