Project Description:
-IAG UMSE looking for a candidate to work on Adding security support for Windows environment as well as Linux environments.
Daily Responsibilities:
-Responsible for developing SW implementations for APIs, including security and non-security APIs. Will also debug, validate, support bug-fixes as part of day-to-day work. Responsible for creating test plans, test cases to validate the SW s/he develops (or) other members in the team that may develop. Flexible to develop and may have to perform roles in both development & testing/validation
Necessary Skills (Must Have):
1)Several years of SW Development experience.
2)Strong Windows/Linux Kernel Mode Device Driver Experience working with HW devices, interrupts
3)Dev Tools - IDE tools, Kernel Debuggers
4)Code Mgmt - Source code control like SVN, ClearCase, GIT etc
5)Basic Security SW expertise - Understands what security is about; General exposure to Security Algorithms
6)Go getter - If candidate does not know things, he/she is willing to go talk to people, search/equip with the right knowledge and meets the needs
Additional Skills: (Nice to Have):
Expertise handling driver and FW together.
