Description
This nationwide industry leader has an immediate contract to hire opening for a Sr Windows Server Support Administrator in Dallas, TX. Will provide technical support on a 24x7 on-call rotation basis. Will assist with monthly patching, implement, maintain, and evaluate monitoring agents and tools, and perform software installation, configuration and troubleshooting. Will manage customer requests are managed. Will also maintain appropriate documentation.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of IT experience with expertise in Windows System Administration for Enterprise Networks.
Experience with deploying and configuring VMware.
Networking experience (routing, DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP).
Experience with Windows server hardware, Active Directory, and Windows Exchange.
Knowledge of Cisco Routers and Switches.
