Austin Fraser are working with one of their top clients based in Dublin. This is a really exciting opportunity for a Cisco Voice Engineer.
My client are looking for a Cisco Voice Engineer to come into the business and help with existing projects. My client are looking for a engineer who has good voice experience but also has a good networking background. This role will be predominantly Voice based but there will also be Networking projects with certain clients.

Role:
- Meeting clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into a technical point of view
- Remote support
- Installations of Voice and Comms across Ireland (majority of the work to be based in and around Dublin)
- Support for sales staff (drawing up plans for sales team - drawing up kit list and helping the client from design stage through to implementation)
- To design and implement Cisco Solutions (predominantly around the Unified Comms, but also of Routing, Switching and Wireless)
- Support for escalation (2nd and 3rd Line) Cisco Technical troubleshooting on a day to day
- Cisco Unified Call Manager v 4 -8.5
