We currently have an opportunity for a Change Analyst/Communications Analyst to join an exciting and dynamic, leading edge company. The role is a two year transformation program where as the Change Analyst you will be looking at knowledge, systems and processes and then implementing the change strategy and communications. 
  
You will be working with SME's to ensure all necessary change initiatives are made and are consistent across all teams and the changes will need to meet business, budget and schedule objectives.  You will work within a change management framework to start transition planning and will be the owner of all user/role management.  You will produce appropriate communication pieces for all aspects of this change process to suit this creative audience. You will also plan the training, methodology and approach.
  
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have;

• Understanding of how to maximise control over web content and implementing changes
• Have worked in both structured and unstructured methodology environments, and have the ability to know what can work based on your audience 
• Experience engaging with key stakeholders and SME's to ensure projects are well supported
• Management of the Change Management plans and Communication materials
• Prior experience within the Media or Digital industry is highly advantageous but not essential
• Previous experience developing detailed impact analysis, costings and revenue
