Description
SQL Server Analyst needed for a long term contract opportunity located in Columbia, South Carolina! The Server Analyst analyzes the server workload, including traffic and utilization trends. In this role you will provide analytical support to team members throughout the development and implementation process. You will research and resolve SQL Server issues. You will provide recommendations as well as perform corrective actions on all test and production environments. You will also provide feedback on common encountered problems and misunderstandings to enhance user documentation and/or training programs. In addition you may provide training on hardware and/or software use.

- Server or related experience.
- Remediating SQL Server to meet STIG guidelines.
- Solid experience with security settings within Windows.
