An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Subsea Intervention engineer with our client in Aberdeen, a world leading Oil and Gas company.
The main duties/sphere of knowledge would be as follows:
*Marine Engineering/Vessel background and significant knowledge in this arena.
*Knowledge and detailed understanding of Winch design and verification.
*Detailed knowledge and experience of working with 3rd Party ICB/Verification Bodies (generation of DVP's etc.).
*Detailed knowledge of Subsea Well Intervention Equipment and the applicable/current Industry codes.
*Computer literate - drafting skills non-essential.
*Ability to work unsupervised/minimal supervision; has the capability to report to the Technical Lead rhythmically.
*Capacity to work to deadlines and report slips as necessary.
Skills and experience
Subsea Completion Workover Riser & Intervention Systems equipment experience and working knowledge of the applicable industry specifications essential.
In depth/proven Design Process Management skill essential.
