Our client a Leading Financial Institution is seeking a Senior Change Manager. This exciting opportunity will see you as the Senior Change Manager responsible for working across a large complex portfolio, where the need to drive cultural and IT change internally and externally, and you will plan and deliver improvements in people, process, policy and technology.

This role will involve you developing the business cases for the planning of the resources and costs and benefits of the program and then you will focus on the delivery whilst ensuring these initiatives are aligned to the organisational and technology strategy.

To be considered for this role you will have the following

• Previous experience in a Senior Change Manager role
• Previous experience with Superannuation
• Proven experience of planning and delivering large Change programs
• Proven experience in developing Business Cases
• A proven ability to engage with all levels of the business
• Knowledge of change management models and concepts including, Change readiness, Communications Strategies and Governance models
