Job Description:
Our client, a leading provider of cable and telecom services, is seeking a Network Engineer to work closely with the business and technology owners.
Duties include:
-Contributing to the design, provisioning/deployment, and operations of local and wide area network.
-Managing IP space on divisional networks.
-Troubleshooting and resolving complex network problems to ensure minimal disruption of critical applications.
-Participating in the development of standards for use, operations, and security of network, personal computers, and data.
-Coordinating with vendors for installation of Router, bridges, concentrators, Switches, etc.
-Participating in the development and implementation of disaster recovery procedures.
Required Skills:
-3-5 years of experience at Network Engineer.
-Strong LAN/WAN experience.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* W2 only; No third party or 1099 candidates.*
