Description
Our client near the O'Hare area has an immediate need for a Senior Systems Administrator. The main thing they are looking for is someone with experience working in large enterprise environments. This position is set to last at least through the end of the year and could be extended beyond that. If interested please contact Kevin Dobkin.
General responsibilities include:
- Installing, supporting and maintaining windows 2008 Servers
- General support for virtual tools-VMWARE
- Support and matienance for All Red Hat Linux boxes
- Senior Red Hat Linux Experience
- Senior VMware System Administrator version EL5 and above
- Mid-level Windows 2008 System Administrator
- Strong project delivery background working in a large IS enterprise environment (400+ Servers).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Certifications are not required but very helpful!
