ROLE: Project/Program Manager for PV startup
Role
- Experienced IT Project Manager
Tasks:
Phase 2:
The IT PM will perform PM duties for one or two of the projects analyzed in Phase 1. The PM, in collaboration with the Business PM and/or IT Account Manager, shall at a minimum deliver the following:
- A detailed IT Project Plan that is integrated with the business plan; including resource allocation
- The preparation and approval-gaining of all required project documentation
- Regular communication to all stake holders (including milestone updates, budget (planned; actual; latest estimate), risks and issues
- The application support model (including negotiating an SLA with NPH, or an external vendor)
- The implementation of all project components and the project handover to the Application Support Team
Position Description:
The IT Project Manager will manage the project in collaboration with the Business Project Lead.
The required duties are to
- Manage and represent the IT component of the project from start-up to completion
- Plan and organize the IT component of the project and allocate assigned internal and/or external IT resources to accomplish project tasks
- Lead the IT project staff in respect of their project duties
- Be responsible for achieving the IT project objectives
- Manage the quality, timeliness and cost of the IT deliverables
- Maintain control over the IT project's status and IT budget
- Report IT project status on a regular basis and ensure issues requiring Steering Committee guidance are escalated to them
- Ensure Compliance to the internal VDICE methodology and GxP needs
- Ensure Compliance with Governance Duties (for example, Tollgate Reviews, Monthly Status Report Publishing, Accruals Posting, Time Recording, Execution of close-out Activities)
- As needed, perform Business Analyst activities to ensure adherence to timelines
