Description
One of good clients is urgently looking for a Security Project Manager for an initial 12 Months contract based in Luxembourg. The rates are currently negotiable.
Skills and Experience:
- Good knowledge of practical aspects of project management, techniques and tools
- Work experience in project and change management of similar size and context
- General knowledge of IT/IS security
- Good knowledge in Web Access Control and Web SSO products. A very good knowledge in one product (CA SiteMinder, Oracle AM, Tivoli AM, etc) is a plus
- A successful experience in implementing solutions and Web Access Management/Web Single Sign On
- Planning and organizing
- Good communication skills, ability to federate
- Good writing skills
- Problem solving
- Ability to withstand pressure in a complex and heterogeneous environment
- Fluent English (required), French appreciated
Duties:
* Phase 1 - RFP
- Apprehend technical environment
- Gather functional and technical requirements
- Prepare the technical part of the tender
- Define selection criteria and vendor assessment tools
. Phase 2 - Project preparation and Project Management
- Translate the project's need into planning, action plan, team and deliverables
- Assist Program manager in resource staffing
- Prepare project documents (project charter, planning, monitoring documents ...)
- Manage the design and build including the deployment of the solution
- Contribute to the general and detailed specifications
- Assist teams in problem solving (eventually provide technical expertise depending on the chosen solution)
- Monitor progress and make the appropriate reporting
- Contribute to the preparation of the steering committees
- Ensure quality of deliverables, particularly on the phases of design and build
- Define performance indicators
