We are looking for a Business Consultant for contract position in Alpharetta, GA
The optimum candidate will typically have:
Bachelors degree required and Masters degree (or equivalent) preferred.*5-10 years experience within a Sales organization and/or Sales operations role* Industry or functional work showing progressive achievement Business-level fluency in English Experience with quality assessment/continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma, CMMi, etc. Experience in one or more of the following: o Strategy o Project management o Organizational restructuring and transformation o Operations, sales, strategic planning, business development, and marketing o Information Technology Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills Effectiveness in the use of computer tools, eg, spreadsheets and databases Flexibility in rapidly changing environment: ability to work non-standard hours when required Project Management
Skills:
Given the needs of the team, this resource should be able to bring project management skills to the team including, but not limited to: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

- Strong business-to-business analytical, financial and strategic thinking
- Experience in a global Matrix environment
- Ideal candidates will have deep experience with Excel and Business Objects
- Green Belt Certification
