Description
This nationwide industry leader has an immediate 6+ month contract-to-hire opening in Boca Raton, FL for a Perl Developer with UNIX/Linux Administration experience. Will follow software development life cycle to design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs. Will assist in preparing technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents. Will review functional requirements, analysis and design documents and provide feedback. Will collaborate with other development staff to achieve quality and consistency. Will participate in architecture, design, and code reviews and develop and maintain operational and system level documentation.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of UNIX/Linux Administration and Perl Scripting experience.
Prefer experience with BSD, Shell Scripting, PHP, XML, HTML, JavaScript
